APEX cartesian robot was built in 2008 in Taiwan by APEX Dynamics,
Inc. The device, designed to be used with injection moulding machines,
enables fully automation of the production process. In the final phase
of the process, the robot arm picks up the finished parts from the
machine’s workspace and transfers them, for example, onto a belt
conveyor or into a container. Excellent smoothness of movement along
all axes together with high positioning precision is ensured by
reliable drives. The control system, in the form of a portable control
unit, allows in turn to program all the necessary parameters, as well
as to fully synchronise the speed of individual axes with the
operation of the injection moulding machine.
The machine on offer is part of a larger M6351405 EPS production line. It is also possible to purchase the entire technological line, consisting of the following components:
– polystyrene pre-expander
– EPS granulate feeding system
– styrofoam forming machine (5 units)
– injection moulding machine
– APEX robot for injection moulding machine
– pulse jet filter
