Complete production line for mixing, dispersing, homogenizing and emulsifying on an industrial scale – consisting of main mixer RW2500 and batch container AB1200. Originally used for the production of sterile skin care products. Ideal for creams, ointments, lotions, gels and emulsions.

RW2500 MAIN MIXER

AGITATOR & HOMOGENIZER
• Armature agitator with PTFE scrapers and current breakers, approx. 30 kW, approx. 0.6–3.6 m/s, adjustable via frequency converter, automatic change of direction of rotation
• Rotor-stator homogenizer approx. 45 kW, approx. 5–25 m/s
• Clockwise rotation: intensive homogenization, counterclockwise rotation: pumping operation
• Double mechanical seal SiC/SiC (FDA-compliant) with monitoring
• Circulation line DN100 for external homogenization

BATCH TANK AB1200
• Usable volume approx. 400–1,200 L, total volume approx. 1,732 L
• Stainless steel 316L, 0–3 bar
• Turbo agitator, two-zone heating
• Circulating and transfer line to the main mixer

CIP / SIP, VACUUM, TEMPERATURE CONTROL
• CIP for both containers: washing heads in the main mixer, CIP rack with separate pump, cleaning via circulation with homogenizer
