GEAR PRO Involute Basic PC License
Basic software for the measurement and evaluation of cylindrical gears (cylindrical gears).
Support is provided by straight and helical external and internal gears as well as involute shims. Optionally, other special profiles can be measured. The evaluation is carried out according to common standards such as DIN, ISO, AGMA, ANSI, JIS or free tolerances.
The measurement report includes features such as profile, flank line, pitch, concentricity, tooth thickness, two-ball and two-roller dimensions, tooth width, head and foot circle diameter.
Corrections such as height and latitude, head and foot withdrawal, final withdrawals can be evaluated. In addition, the definition of K-diagrams (tolerance band), entanglement measurement and topography is possible. Segmental gears and gears with interrupted flank lines can also be measured.
The knife bits can be automatically saved in PDF OR ASCII format.
The CAD interfaces SAT, STEP, IGES are included.
