The DYNAJET 500th HELI Blue Performance is designed for professional users who need a high-performance, trailer-based high-pressure waterjet system for demanding industrial applications. With hot and cold water operation up to 500 bar and a maximum flow rate of 30 l/min, it is ideal for tasks such as surface preparation, paint and rust removal, concrete renovation and maritime maintenance.

Its robust trailer design is designed for demanding daily operations and transport between job sites. The single-axis design supports easy maneuverability, while the integrated single-point lifting eye allows for efficient lifting and positioning when crane handling is required. The Targa design separates the motor, pump and burner area from the operator area, which supports safe and ergonomic operation while reducing noise pollution at the operator station.

The colour display provides a clear overview of pressure, temperature and system status and supports intuitive operation in changing outdoor environments.

DYNAJET's HELI valve technology improves operator comfort and safety by reducing hose pressure when the trigger is released and allowing for gentle pressure build-up when the trigger is restarted. This supports efficient water jetting even when working above the machine level and helps to reduce the strain on the machine and operator.

The hot water system works without solenoid valves and provides precise temperature control with immediate burner shutdown when water stops. Preheating the water via the engine cooling system also improves energy efficiency. The Stage V diesel engine is HVO100 approved and has a diesel particulate filter.

The integrated 1,000-litre water tank and 25-metre supply hose on a fixed drum support operation when an external water supply is limited. The 50-metre high-pressure hose on a second fixed drum reduces the set-up time on site. Stepless pressure control and an automatic hose pressure reduction system also support safe and efficient operation in a wide range of waterjet applications.
