The Fillmaster R18 from FH Maschinen und Braumanufaktur Werk II GmbH is a counter-pressure filler that has been specially developed for beverages containing CO2. With a total of 18 stations, it offers an efficient filling solution. The outer six stations are intended for pre-cleaning the bottles with water, while the rear six stations are responsible for the actual filling. The middle six stations close the bottles with crown caps (either ø26mm or ø29mm). The filling process takes place under a CO2 back pressure of up to 3bar, with a built-in vacuum pump automatically pre-evacuating the bottles. For better control, the bottles are illuminated with LED lamps. The filling quantity measurement enables the control system to automatically stop the filling process when the setpoint is reached. All relevant process parameters can be set via the controller, which ensures reliable reproducibility throughout the filling process. The Fillmaster R18 is equipped with high-quality swivel castors, which allows for easy movement.
