FRUEHAUF - Semi-trailer

The participant is required to provide, within the terms of the auction, the documentation necessary for the completion of the sale and the registration of the vehicle. In particular:

• Legal persons (companies, bodies, associations): they will have to send an updated Chamber of Commerce certificate showing the exact company name, registered office and identification data of the company.


• Sole proprietorships: they will have to send an updated Chamber of Commerce certificate showing the exact name of the company and the data of the owner.


• Natural persons: they must send a copy of the front and back of a valid identity document and tax code.

The registration of the vehicle will be carried out exclusively in favor of the subject indicated during registration and awarding. Therefore, the successful bidder must accurately communicate the exact company name of the company or sole proprietorship, or the complete personal data of the natural person, to whom the vehicle must be registered. Any discrepancies, omissions or subsequent requests for changes may result in delays in the transfer procedures or the charge of the related additional costs.
