Fully automatic cold glue labelling machine for glass bottles and jars from the first owner, machine made by German Gernep in 2013 and having only 9512 operating hours as a labeller. This labeller has three cold glue label magazines for pre-cut paper labels (neck, front and back, now preserved in storage and a part of delivery scope). It covers all traditional equipment requirements of containers made from glass and PET. The combination of well-tried technologies such as stainless steel glue roller, rubberised and adjustable glue palettes, divided glue scraper knife with glue-saving fine adjustment of the glue thickness, overlay gearbox for exact label positioning. Labeller has been maintained well and last full overhaul (EUR 19’500) was made in the end of 2019. All air driven glue pumps are changed to electric drive pumps and it has stainless steel bottom frame instead of standard carbon steel frame.
