Used DC GF 3-in-1 filling line, sparking water 6000 BPH, Year
2013Technical Specifications & Performance DataThis used bottling line
is configured for PET bottle production and beverage filling,
combining a linear blow molding machine, high-pressure compressed-air
equipment, an integrated rinsing, filling and capping monoblock,
labeling, coding, saturation and shrink-wrapping equipment. The line
is designed for industrial packaging of carbonated, oxygenated and
non-carbonated beverages.Blow molding capacity: 1,000–2,000
bphFilling monoblock capacity: 4,000–6,000 bph at 0.33LSupported
bottle formats: 0.33L, 0.5L and 1.5LContainer material: PET bottles
with PCO neck finishComplete line footprint: approximately 11 m × 6
mBlow molder configuration: linear, 2 cavities, 20–50 g

6 capping headsAdvanced Automation & Control SystemsThe line includes
Mitsubishi PLC control for the filling and handling process. The
filling monoblock uses an electronic filling system and operates with
clockwise bottle movement. Safety functions are fitted on the blow
molding machine, compressor and filling monoblock, while safety covers
are included for the complete line.Electrical supply for the blow

complete PET bottling line follows a practical process flow from
bottle forming through filling, labeling and secondary packaging. The
linear blower is supplied with a preform feeder, preform tipper, 30
bar three-stage compressor, cooling dryer and air filter. Downstream
equipment includes a self-adhesive labeling machine, vacuum saturator,
conveyor system and automatic shrink film wrapper.Machine

wrapper provides a stated output range of 1,000–3,000 bph. The
vacuum saturator is rated at 1,000 L/h and supports beverage
preparation for carbonated product applications.Machine Condition &
Maintenance HistoryThe filling triblock is reported in production and
has recorded operating time of 300 hours. The blow molding machine and
high-pressure compressor are operational. The blower itself was tested
and confirmed working; the complete line was never installed in its
original small workshop configuration. Manuals are available for the
filling monoblock, while maintenance documentation is not included for
the listed equipment.Operational Performance & VersatilityThe line is
suitable for PET beverage production using 0.33L, 0.5L and 1.5L
formats. Its PCO bottle handling configuration supports PCO Normal
preforms, with Shorti preforms also accepted by the blower. The
filling monoblock integrates rinsing, electronic filling and PCO
capping in a compact production unit. The line is configured for
sparkling water and supports carbonated, oxygenated and non-carbonated
filling applications.Installation Requirements & Site
PreparationInstallation requires an area corresponding to the stated
approximate 11 m × 6 m line footprint, with sufficient access around
the equipment for operation, service and container handling. The
blower measures 4 m × 2 m × 2.5 m, while the filling monoblock
measures 2.6 m × 2.4 m × 2.1 m. A 400 V, 50 Hz electrical supply is
required. The PET blowing section is supported by the included 30 bar
compressed-air system, cooling dryer and air filtration
equipment.Safety Standards & Compliance CertificationSafety functions
are listed for the principal production machines, and the complete
line includes safety covers. These protections support controlled
operation around moving bottle-handling, filling, capping and
packaging sections. During installation and commissioning, guards,
emergency stops, electrical protection and interlocked access points
should be verified as part of the site safety assessment.
