Device for automatic embalming with very high quality components.

Electronics from Siemens:

- Sirius motor circuit breaker

- Sirius safety relay

- Simatic S7-1200 with Simatic Touch Panel

Electronics from Weidmüller:

- RJ45 hub

Sensors from ifm:

- electronic pressure sensor PI003A

- SM6000 electromagnetic flow sensor

Pressure retaining valve from Stübbe:

Versa Matic tank filling pump:

-E8PP5BPP9 pneumatic fluid pump

Heukelom embalming pump:

Eldon stainless steel enclosures:

The machine needs 6bar compressed air in 8mm hose and 3~CEE16A

Instructions, some with software, come with all relevant L5659091 components. The circuit L5659091 diagram for the complete machine is also included in duplicate. This is very helpful when an electrician needs to fix a defect.

Unfortunately, both the wiring diagram and the controls in the S7 are in Dutch.

Optionally, reprogramming by the manufacturer is possible. However, this takes a few weeks and is unfortunately not exactly cheap. If you are interested, please inquire about costs and time frame before purchase
