Used mixing station for liquids. Station consist of vertical stainless steel mixing tank with total volume 1300 l. Internal diameter 1170 mm x length of straight side of wall 1140 mm. Bottom elipsoidal, with central discharge outlet. Tank is mounted on three stainless steel legs, on tension cells. On side walls there are welded four baffles. Mixing is provided by homogenizing agitator by IKA (DE) model Turrax UTC TMP 150 / 2KT, driven directly by 11 kW, 2915 rpm, 380/660 V, 50 hz. Length of the shaft 900 mm x diameter of mixing die 150 mm. Agitator is mounted on stainless steel supporting frame. Discharge from tank is provided by sinusoidal stainless steel contact parts pump by Masosine Process Pumps model SP 25, working on pressure up to 15 bar. Working rotation up to 600 rpm. Pump is driven by 2.2 kW, 1400 rpm, 220-380 V, 50 hz. Working rotation of drive up to 233 rpm. Pump has connections (inlet/outlet) with diameter 80 mm. Station includes also stainless steel container lifter by Nagema (DE). Working rising height up to 150 cm. Unit can work on rectangular containers with width 70 cm. Station is equipped with two control panels. Last time had been working in food industry.
