Inever PH6/8 - 8 lane stick pack machine with 8 rotary piston pumps, currently set up for sticks of 23mm width and max. 160mm length, with filling volume of 10 – 14 ml, with adequate format parts, sticks of 17 to 35 mm width can be processed, reel diameter 600mm, reel width 640mm, fitted with Allen Coding device, electrics 400V/3Ph/50/ 60Hz, power consumption 10kW, required air pressure 6 bar, machine floor space approx. 2200 x 2100mm (WxD), machine height approx. 3100 mm, machine net weight approx. 2850 kg.
Enflex ENF11 horizontal intermittent-motion cartoning machine, carton size from 50 x 50 x 15mm to 125 x 180 x 40mm (or 125 x 140 x 60m). PRODEC CP 150 automatic casepacker with horizontal infeed for packing carton collations into shipping cases closed with adhesive tape, case size range: width 150-500 mm, length 70-350 mm, height 130-300 mm, electrics 380V/3Ph/50Hz, operating air pressure 6 bar, capacity up to 6 cases per minute.
The line was used to fill up an oral solution into sticks, and pack 12 sticks into one folding box.
Output up to 480 sticks per minute, 60 cartons per minute and 6 shipping cases per minute.
