• Configuration: mobile containerised steam boiler plant with auxiliary systems for independent operation, designed for relocation between sites.
• Inspection certificate: the pressure equipment has an inspection certificate issued by accredited pressure equipment inspection body. The certificate covers the equipment and scope of inspection identified in the certificate.
• Steam boiler: I.VAR Industry BHP-EN 2000, type PFV1422000, high-pressure, monobloc design.
• Performance: steam production 2,000 kg/h, rated boiler output 1,385 kW.
• Pressure: 6–10 bar; maximum working pressure of the boiler 12 bar.
• Fuel: LPG – propane–butane.
• Burner: Baltur TBG 200 LX ME modulating low-NOx gas burner, output range 475–2,000 kW, with Lamtec BT320 electronic controls and LCM100 load controller.
• Gas train: DUNGS R2″, including gas filter, pressure regulator, operating and safety valves, and valve tightness monitoring.
• Controls and automation: Valiantec, equipment for 72-hour operation without continuous operator attendance, modulating water-level control, Gestra TDS/BAE automatic TDS blowdown and Crotti pneumatic bottom blowdown.
• Feedwater pumps: 2 × Grundfos CR3-27.
• Feedwater tank / atmospheric deaerator: DGSA 1500 FS, capacity 1,500 litres, AISI304 stainless steel, with steam heating and temperature control; specified water temperature 85–95°C.
• Water treatment: A water softening system is not included in the scope of supply but can be supplied and installed at the buyer’s request, subject to separate agreement.
• Blowdown cooling system: 250-litre AISI304 blowdown vessel with automatic cooling control.
• Pipework and fittings: thermally insulated pipework, isolation and non-return valves, and steam traps.
• Flue: insulated DN450 stainless-steel flue system.
• Safety equipment: water-level and pressure safety devices, two safety valves, LPG and smoke detection, alarms, emergency shutdown, automatic gas shut-off and ventilation.
• Container footprint: 12,192 × 2,438 mm – length × width.
• Connections: DN80 steam outlet, DN65 gas inlet, 1″ water inlet, DN80 blowdown vessel drain.
