Used KRONES Sensometic VP-G filling line 12000 BPH for fruit syrup -
Year 1999Technical Specifications & Performance DataThis KRONES
complete bottling line is configured for filling raspberry syrup,
various fruit syrups and special citrus vinegar at a filling
temperature of 25 °C. Built in 1999, the line handles glass bottles
and PET bottles in three documented formats, combining rinsing,
filling, dual capping and cold-glue labeling within an integrated
industrial packaging process.Maximum production speed: 12,000 bph with
0.7L glass bottlesProduction speed: 10,000 bph with 1.0L glass
bottlesProduction speed: 6,000 bph with 1.5L PET bottlesCompatible
formats: 0.7L glass, 1.0L glass and 1.5L PET bottlesElectrical supply:
240/400 V, 50 HzLine direction: left to rightAdvanced Automation &
Control SystemsThe bottling equipment is controlled by a Siemens S5
115 U PLC. Electronic valve control is fitted to the three-channel
KRONES Variojet rinser, while motorized height adjustment is provided
on the filler upper section and on both capping stations. The labeling
machine incorporates a horizontal, single-line laser dater for in-line
coding. The Prontomatic labeling machine has a full protective
enclosure and a lift-up monoblock design, supporting protected
operation and access during routine line activities.Production Line
Integration CapabilitiesDesigned as a complete used bottling line,
this KRONES configuration integrates bottle rinsing, filling, screw
capping, snap-on capping and multi-position labeling. Standard
feeding, right-angle labeler infeed and transfer-screw container
handling support continuous bottle movement through the labeling
section. The line is suitable for industrial packaging applications
involving syrup and vinegar products in glass and PET
containers.Machine typeManufacturer / modelYearRinsing MachineKRONES

HistoryThe line is available immediately and is presented as ready for
operation. Its documented equipment includes integrated washing
functions for the filler, including manual glass-fragment and external
filler washing, automatic annular-tank washing, and thread washing on
the screw-cap capping station.Operational Performance & VersatilityThe
three-channel rinser uses steam, sterile water and air as rinsing
media. Guided two-channel steam nozzles, rigid steam piping and a V2A
stainless-steel pressure regulator support controlled bottle
preparation before filling. The KRONES Sensometic filler features EPDM
seals and V2A stainless-steel product- and gas-contact parts. It
includes CIP shut-off valves, Neumo butterfly valves and a sterile air
filter without a steam sterilization unit. The two cappers accommodate
a two-piece 28 mm plastic screw cap and a plastic snap-on cap, while
the labeler applies body, back, collar and neck-ring labels through
two cold-glue labeling stations.Installation Requirements & Site
PreparationInstallation planning should provide a left-to-right
product flow, suitable electrical connection for 240/400 V at 50 Hz,
and integration of the required rinsing media: steam, sterile water
and air. Utility routing should also support the filler cleaning
circuits, CIP valve arrangement and bottle handling at the rinser,
filler, cappers and labeler. The complete bottling line should be
positioned to allow access to the full machine enclosure, motorized
adjustment systems, transfer screw and the lift-up labeling monoblock
during operation and servicing.Safety Standards & Compliance
CertificationThe labeling machine is equipped with full machine
guarding. Electronic control of the rinser valves, controlled bottle
transfer through the labeling infeed and motorized height adjustment
systems contribute to repeatable operation across the specified bottle
formats. V2A stainless-steel construction in relevant rinsing and
product-contact areas supports hygienic beverage production and
food-product bottling applications.
