Coextrusion plants KUHNE SML BA2.1-1600

The original part is a main and KO extruder from Kuhne built in 2006, the system was extended in 2010 by an additional extruder from the SML (coating unit).
Plant description:
COEX cast film line with additional coating unit.
The main plant is equipped with a co- and a main extruder. The coating unit with a main extruder. Processing of thermoplastics in a processing range of 90-300°C.
The system can be operated with the following combinations:
• Main unit (CoEx system) with coating unit
• Main unit (CoEx system) without coating unit
• Only coating unit with unwinding unit for carrier film
For operation in the various combinations, the corresponding additional units are switched on or off.
Possible layer structures:
Main plant:
- Monofilm with release film if required
- 3-layer film (A-B-A) with release film if required

Coating:
- Monofilm on carrier material if required with 2nd release film
