Electrically heated bogie hearth furnace for a maximum operating temperature of 1280°C. The heating system consists of five control zones. Heating is provided by the sides, rear wall, door and carriage. Heating wire made of APM wire mounted on support tubes. Connected load oven: 75 KW.
Incl. 2 fresh air blowers, 2 pcs air heaters, housing cooling with 2 pcs medium-pressure fans, automatic ceiling flaps, insulated stainless steel hood, 2 pcs hearth trolley with SiC plate cover (steerable, on PVC castors, not track-bound) and original switchgear with Windows PC (hardware: Siemens SIMATIC Rack PC).

Furnace chamber dimensions (WxDxH): 900 mm x 1,900 mm x 900 mm (= 1.53 m³); Dimensions usable space (WxDxH): 750 mm x 1,840 mm x 850 mm (= 1.173 m³).
