Circular Sawing Automatics OZGENC MAKINA SL 500

OZGENC MAKINA SL 500 automatic circular sawing machine was built in 2021 in Turkey by M.S.K. MOTOR KOMP. MAKINA SAN. TIC. LTD. ŞTI. The machine was specially designed for precision cutting of aluminium profiles at an angle of 90°. The entire machining process, from feeding the material to receiving the finished part, is performed fully automatically. The workspace includes, among others, a two-sided clamping system and a high-quality diamond saw with a diameter of 500 mm, the feed of which is regulated by reliable servomotors. The saw is continuously sprayed with coolant in order to increase the cutting quality and extend the operating time. The offered OZGENC MAKINA aluminium sawing machine is also very easy to operate. The touchscreen operator panel with PLC control provides the user with the necessary information, as well as the ability to quickly configure work programmes. The total weight of the machine is 630 kg.
