RAFAMET KCH 360/450 vertical turret lathe was built in 1987 in Poland by Fabryka Obrabiarek RAFAMET. The machine is used for precise machining of large and heavy workpieces whose size does not allow effective machining with standard machines.

RAFAMET KCH 360/450 is distinguished by its stable design, equipped with two vertical supports and one side support. Machining is performed on a work table with a diameter of 3600 mm by means of a reliable vertical spindle. The work table offers 20-position speed adjustment in the range of 0.6 to 50 rpm, enabling precise adjustment of the parameters to the production requirements. The position of the head in all linear axes is continuously monitored by state-of-the-art SONY digital readout, which ensures high precision measurement. All this makes the offered KCH 360/450 vertical turret lathe an excellent choice for, among others, the energy, shipbuilding, engineering and other industries where high reliability and machining accuracy are required. The total weight of the machine is 72 tonnes.
