E RATIONAL UltraVent Plus Haube CD 61/101

This is an UltraVent Plus hood from the manufacturer Rational, type UV PLUS 61/101/E, built in 2023. For the following Index series: Index H and I can also be used for DUO devices or individual devices. This hood not only binds escaping fumes, but also eliminates odors and smoke. You don't need an exhaust air path to the outside. An LED lamp automatically shows you when you need to change the filter. This version has stainless steel lamella filters, as well as a pre-filter mat behind it. In this way, the activated carbon filter, which is located in the hood as the centerpiece, is protected from too rapid contamination and offers optimal functionality. This Plus condensation hood can be used optimally in the front area, in closed rooms or for show cooking. Retrofitting and installation on the Rational SCC WE 61/101 can be retrofitted without much effort. The hood has been checked in our in-house workshop and is fully functional with a 6-month warranty.
