Equipped with two automation units - one loading and one unloading unit - the LaserFLEX enables decoupling of the feeding of a laser cutting system.
After the cutting process, a fork unit lifts the machined metal plate from the changing table. At the same time, a new sheet from the connected warehouse is transported by a vacuum unit. As soon as the plate is placed next to the laser system, the system is loaded with the workpiece by the unloader. In total, this process takes only one minute. With the LaserFLEX, the downtimes of the integrated laser cutting systems are almost zero, because lasers with a high processing speed are also optimally supported.
