Power plant ROLLS ROYCE Trent 60 DLE (SGT-A65)

82MW ISO rated combined cycle power plant. The plant’s main equipment is composed of a Rolls Royce Trent 60 DLE Gas Turbine (also known as the SGT-A65), a Nooter/Eriksen HRSG, and a Siemens SST-300 Steam Turbine. These are below;


1. Rolls Royce USA, manufactured Trent 60 (SGT-A65) Gas Turbine Generator Set;

· Manufactured in 2016, delivered in August 2017. Never used.

· 65.9 MW(e) ISO

· 43.8% Gross efficiency / 8,228 kJ/kWh Heat Rate

· DLE Dry Low Emissions with ≤ 25 ppmvd at 15% O2 on fuel gas

· Cold start to full power in under 10minutes

· 50Hz, but easily convertible to 60Hz

· Engine still preserved in original shipping container

· An aero derivative gas turbine

2. HRSG is licensed by Nooter Eriksen USA;

3. Siemens Steam Turbine Generator SST-300 C2S/C160;

· Manufactured in 2016

· Output 15.75MW ISO

· Speed 7059 RPM

· Admission Steam Temperature 400 Degrees C

· Admission Steam Pressure 30 bara

· Exhaust Pressure 0.07 bara

· Rotation- Right; Seen in Steam Flow Direction.
