Description:	Glue presses RVP- Superior new machine CNC – controlled frame gluing press for automatic gluing of all frame constructions with dowel connection – tine connection – 45° miter connection, automatic centering of the press plates and the upper press beam. The frame presses are available in the following sizes – pressing area 3,000 x 1,700 mm – 3,000 x 2,000 mm and 3,500 x 2,500 mm. Two vertical press cylinders – pressing force per cylinder 7 tons (optional four vertical press cylinders). Two horizontal press cylinders, stroke range 150 mm - pressing force per cylinder 3 tons. Maximum tread depth 130 mm (larger tread depths on request). CNC control from SIEMENS® with touch screen for calling up three automatic pressing cycles, 99 compression programs can be stored per pressing cycle. Among other things, the following parameters can be programmed: frame size, frame profile structure, pressing time, pressing pressure, quantities. Positioning of the four horizontal press plates by controlled servomotors and ball screws, controlled by the software of the CNC control according to the programmed workpiece parameters. Positioning of the upper press beam by hydraulic cylinders and servo-proportional valves, controlled by the software of the CNC control according to the programmed workpiece parameters. This means automatic centering of the pressing units according to the frame dimensions and automatic pressing of the frames according to the programmed parameters. Press plate and press beam positioning accuracy > 0.05 mm, the pressing pressures can be output by the software with an accuracy of a few millibars.
