STETON P120 C veneer press was manufactured by STETON s.r.l. in Italy in 2006. The machine is used for precise veneering of flat components, i.e. chipboard, fibreboard and panels, with facing materials. The machining process is performed by two shelves with dimensions of 3500 x 2200 mm, through which hydraulic oil, heated in an electric boiler, flows. The parallelism of the movement of the shelves is ensured by chromium-plated cylinders and guides distributed around the perimeter, connected to the shaft by a system of gears. A control panel located on the body of the machine, in turn, allows key operating parameters to be set and monitored. The STETON P120/C veneer press weighs approximately 4300 kg.
