Condition: Used, untested.

Observed condition: Production line appears substantially complete. Wire pay-off stations, welding heads, transformers, feed rollers, transport mechanisms and control cabinets are present. Auxiliary roller/tensioning station included. Heavy dust accumulation, surface corrosion on exposed components and long-term idle/storage indications visible. Operational status unknown.
