Aseptic Carton Filling Line: Shikoku + 3x SHIKOKU / ELOPAK S-PS80HA

Complete aseptic carton filling line, previously used for the production of aseptic juice products in carton packaging. The line is centred around an Shikoku / Elopak S-PS80HA PURE-PAK aseptic carton filler, designed for 500 ml, 750 ml and 1,000 ml Gable Top Diamond Curve cartons with screw cap. The installation includes a conveyor system with integrated buffering section, as well as three cap applicators (Elopak E-PLA-S30, year 2009, serial numbers 22184, 22185 and 22186) and a cap feeding bunker (Elopak CSFS, year 2009, serial number 28119). Downstream packaging is handled by a flexible cardboard tray packer (Oystar A+F Traypacker TF, year 2011, serial number 320 606 01), suitable for pack configurations of 4×3, 4×2 and 2×3 cartons per tray. The scope of supply further includes control cabinets and cabling, interconnecting piping and valves, as well as instruction manuals and spare parts documentation. The line has been in operation at a juice production facility in Europe. Production has been discontinued, and the line is available for immediate delivery.
