The shredder breaks large bulky parts made of polystyrene and EPS and similar substances with a maximum raw density of 30kg/m³ into small pieces. The shredder reduces the volume by about 65%.

Thus, machine is ideally suited for use in industrial and craft companies as well as for the wholesale and retail trade with packaging material made of Styrofoam.

Sieve 10 mm: approx. 3 m³/h
Sieve 20 mm: approx. 8 m³/h
Sieve 30 mm: approx. 13 m³/h
Sieve 40 mm: approx. 18 m³/h
Screen 50 mm: approx. 23 m³/h

Depending on the sieve set, a volume reduction of 3 : 1 takes place just by shredding your S555366 polystyrene residues. Custom-made products are available on request.
