Tool Grinding Machines VIZAS VZ-818

VIZAS VZ-818 tool grinding machine was manufactured in 2014 in Belarus by OJSC «VIZAS» Works. The machine has worked for a small number of hours and is in very good technical condition.

The VIZAS VZ-818 is designed for grinding cutting tools and performing other grinding operations in workshops and tool rooms. It enables the machining of workpieces with a maximum diameter of 200 mm and a length of 500 mm, clamped onto a magnetic plate or directly onto the worktable. The grinding wheel spindle features 4-step rotational speed adjustment in the range from 2800 to 8000 rpm, enabling precise adjustment of parameters to the type of machining performed. The VIZAS tool grinding machine is offered with a comprehensive range of equipment, consisting of, among others, a tailstock and a grinding wheel dressing device, which restores the grinding wheel’s original geometry and properties. The total weight of the machine is 780 kg.
