The KVK 600 is ideal if you are looking for a mobile solution to stretch your packaged goods. Or have packaged goods that are too large or too heavy for a pallet wrapper with a turntable. With the electric steering, the KVK 600 can be easily moved to any corner of your warehouse. Its battery is designed for 8 hours of continuous use.

The KVK 600 has a power stretch system with up to 300% elongation. This significantly reduces your film consumption, because 1 meter on the roll becomes 4 meters on the pallet. In addition, this system creates only a minimum application tension, so that even light packaged goods can be wrapped well.

For the KVK 600, up to 10 individual programs can also be stored, in which you can specify for each step (foot windings, windings ascent, head windings and windings descent) how fast and with what foil tension they should be executed. This allows you to store individual programs for each packing scheme in order to achieve ever more perfect wrapping results. The programs can be password protected, so that the user can only choose from the stored programs. Automatic recognition of your pallets (via photocell) is just as much a matter of course as adjustable head and foot windings. In addition to a photocell for the detection of dark packaged goods or black foil, a higher mast and a set of exchangeable battery and external charger are available for the KVK 600.
