Multifuel 19.5 MW Wartsila CHP Power Plant with 2 x 20V34DF (2021)
This 19.5 MW multifuel (Gas / HFO / LFO) combined heat and power (CHP) plant is equipped with two Wartsila 20V34DF generating sets and exhaust gas heat recovery boilers. The plant was commissioned at the end of 2022 and has accumulated approximately 20,000 operating hours since new.
All operation and maintenance activities have been performed by the Wartsila OEM Service team, ensuring that both the generating sets and auxiliary systems are maintained according to standards and remain in near-new condition. The plant is currently fully operational, available for immediate delivery, and can be load-tested for qualified buyers.
The scope of delivery includes complete mechanical equipment capable of producing 19.5 MW of electrical power and 9.5 tons/hour of saturated steam at 10 bar. In addition, the delivery includes an original Wartsila-supplied crankshaft and scheduled 24,000-hour maintenance spare parts for both engines and separate original safety parts.
