The combination of high press force and wide machining capabilities makes the press ideal for the mass production of components used, among others, in the automotive and machinery industries. The MOSSINI PDM/4B 1000 is distinguished by its high press force of 1000 tonnes. Its drive system is based on a flywheel and an eccentric gearbox, which cooperate with four connecting rods. This solution enables uniform torque transmission and smooth control of the slider movement. Tools are positioned on the work table with centring pins and fixed with clamps, whilst they are fixed to the slider with bolts.
