A suction pipe and a return hose are inserted into the swap body. After about 3000 pretzels, the lye is used up. The caustic solution is changed by simply replugging the suction pipe and drain hose into a new drum. The swap bodies are tightly screwed together and can therefore be safely transported back to the bakery, washed out and refilled. There is therefore no need to change pretzels in the store. ...
