STIGAL VXstandard plasma cutting machine, manufactured in 2010 in Poland, is used for precision cutting of workpieces with a maximum thickness of 57 mm. The open design with a very robust portal enables free sheet metal loading and guarantees exceptional stability during even the most demanding challenges. The entire workspace is covered by an extraction table with the ECTS system, which effectively levels the contamination generated during machining and ensures comfortable working conditions. All of this is complemented by an intuitive CNC control installed in the operator’s touchscreen control panel, allowing for machine control and control of all cutting process parameters. The STIGAL plasma cutting machine has also been retrofitted with an OB-R 400 rotator, which extends the machining range to tubes with diameters from 40 to 400 mm.
