The detection is set up on 0.5l glass bottles in the 20 module box. The inspector is equipped with a multi-camera system. As soon as a foreign bottle is detected in the box, it is then discharged via a pusher. Currently is set to cross travel. The detection is adjusted for 0,5l glass bottles and twenty modul crates. The inspector comes with a multi camera system. If an external bottle is detected, the crate will be pushed out in an other line. Currently the set up is for a long side leeding crate.

Overview This fill level inspection machine was manufactured in 2017 and the label inspection machine in 2015 by German company Vision-Tec. The pusher was made by German company BBULL. It is designed for checking the fill height, closure and label of full bottles. The machine is until October 2025 in running production.
