BOSCHERT GIZELIS G-CUT 3013 CNC hydraulic guillotine shears were built in 2021 in Greece by BOSCHERT GIZELIS.CO. The machine is used for precision cutting of sheet metal made of, among others, ST42 steel and stainless steel with a maximum thickness of 13 mm. It is also possible to cut thicker materials if these have a lower tensile strength. The machining process is performed by means of precise, hardened cutting knives with automatic adjustment of the gap between blades. The positioning of the material is facilitated by a work table with integrated balls on which the workpiece goes directly under the cutting line. Along the cutting line, in turn, hydraulic material hold-downs are used to ensure that the sheet is held firmly in place during machining.
