BOSCHERT GIZELIS G-CUT 3013 CNC hydraulic guillotine shears were built in 2021 in Greece by BOSCHERT GIZELIS.CO. The machine is used for precision cutting of sheet metal made of, among others, ST42 steel and stainless steel with a maximum thickness of 13 mm. It is also possible to cut thicker materials if these have a lower tensile strength.

The machining process is performed by means of precise, hardened cutting knives with automatic adjustment of the gap between blades. The positioning of the material is facilitated by a work table with integrated balls on which the workpiece goes directly under the cutting line. Along the cutting line, in turn, hydraulic material hold-downs are used to ensure that the sheet is held firmly in place during machining.

The G-CUT 3013 is offered with a number of state-of-the-art systems that expand the machining possibilities and make daily work easier. These include the NSC (Narrow Strip Cutting) system for cutting narrow strips of material, without the risk of deformation. All you need to do is program the number of strips and their width required and the system will automatically cut them. The second such system is the RTF (Return to the front) system, which returns the cut piece directly to the hands of the operator after cutting. This solution eliminates the risk of unwanted scratches on the surface of the sheet metal, as well as significantly saving time, as the operator does not have to leave his place to pick up the finished piece from the back of the machine.
