The Moulding Machine is designed to use the typical rotary moulder
principle. Marzipan or similar fat-based masses is formed into a
customized shape by means.
The machine consists of a hopper and a feeding roller, for feeding the masses into a figure roller with cavities formed as the negative shape of the product. The surface of the figure roller is scraped clean. The rollers are placed over a belt conveyor.
