Flare AAT FA 250 HT

The gas flare was intended for a research project that could not be carried out. It is brand new and in its original packaging.

The torch is supplied as a complete "package unit" with an on-site control cabinet made of CrNi steel. The torch can be installed both indoors and outdoors, but the torch should be visible to the operator of the control cabinet.
1.1 Pilot burner / biogas support burner with fittings
The equipment of the pilot biogas burner unit consists of the following components:
- Shut-off ball valve DN25, approved for biogas
- Biogas filter DN25
- Pressure regulator DN25
- Pressure gauge with "push-button shutdown", 0-100 mbar, approved for biogas
- Gas solenoid valve DN 25, make: Kromschröder, type VAS 125R/LW
- Flame arrester DN25, make: Protego, FA-G1" IIA1-P2,2
- Biogas burner nozzle (4 pcs.)

1.2 Process gas burners with fittings
The equipment of the process gas burner unit consists of the following components:
- Butterfly valve DN80
- Pressure gauge with "push-button shutdown", 0-1.6 bar
- Gas engine valve, 2-stage, DN80, make: Kromschröder, type VK80F24ZT5A93DS
- Flame arrester DN80, make: Protego, FA-E-T-80-IIC-P1,1
- Temperature monitoring flame retardant (PT100), adjustable 60°C - 120°C
- Process gas burner nozzle V5661893 (1 pc.)

1.3 Ignition V5661893 and protection / monitoring fitting
The two burner units are ignited or monitored by the following components:
- Electronic ignition electrodes (1 pair) with transformer
- UV probe
- 1 thermocouple in the flame tube (1.4 mtr long)
- LCD temperature display and evaluation device,

1.4 Drainage or condensate outlet
To drain any condensate that may occur in the process gas system, there is a ball valve in the vertical process gas line.
Any condensate can be discharged via the ball valve.
