peripherally drilled rolls with oil heating,
motorised nip adjustment to rolls 1,2 and 3 (roll 4 fixed).
Cross axis roll 4.
Hydraulic pre-load to all rolls,
Adjustable stock guides,
rubber coated pressure roller with hydraulic adjustment and v/s motor to roll 4,
with Adamson unidrive gearbox on universal couplings,
with 500HP, 850/1300rpm, 785A, 500V, 3ph, 60Hz Reliance DC variable speed motor to rolls 1, 2 and 3.
200HP, 850/1400rpm DC variable speed motor to roll 4.

1 x Embossing station

1 x set of 8 x 96in wide x 24in dia stainless steel cooling drums.

1 x Dual turret winder.

We can supply the E412282 upstream equipment I.e. internal mixers that fed the calenders, along with the batching and material handling/dosage equipment.
