AEROCAP PRO – professional low-pressure sandblasting machine, 17 litres

The AEROCAP PRO is a professional mobile low-pressure blasting machine for regular and intensive blasting work on wood, metal, stone and technical components.

The machine is designed for commercial use and combines a 17-liter abrasive tank with professional air treatment, automatic start and stop control and wear-resistant tungsten components.

COMPRESSED AIR DEMAND / COMPRESSOR DESIGN

For regular professional use, we recommend an actual compressor output of approx. 1,250 l/min.
The machine can also be operated with smaller nozzles with lower air output. For high area output and larger nozzles, correspondingly more compressed air is required.

Practical guidelines for compressor design:
• 2 mm nozzle: approx. 250–350 l/min
• 2.5 mm nozzle: approx. 350–650 l/min
• 3 mm nozzle: approx. 350–650 l/min
• 3.5 mm nozzle: check compressor performance individually
• 4 mm nozzle: approx. 650–900 l/min
• 5 mm nozzle: from approx. 900 l/min
• 6 mm nozzle: approx. 2,000 l/min

The values refer to the actual output of the compressor and are practice-oriented guideline values.

BLASTING POWER AND WORKING AREA
The 17-litre container allows for about 1 hour of blasting time per filling as a practical guideline.
The actual working time depends on nozzle size, working pressure and abrasive supply.
The standard 10 m blast hose allows for a large working radius.
The machine can be operated with dry and suitable abrasives with a maximum grain size of 0.6 mm.
