AJAN SHP 130 plasma cutting machine was built in 2021 in Turkey by
Ajan Elektronik Servis San. Ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. The machine is used for
precise cutting of a wide range of materials with a maximum thickness
of 20 mm. The machining process is performed fully automatically,
according to a pre-programmed cutting path. The plasma torch is
powered by a powerful plasma source of the highest energy
efficiency.
The AJAN SHP 130 is distinguished by a stable work table with a length
of 3000 mm and a width of 1500 mm and an integrated fume extraction
system. This system effectively removes any contamination generated
during machining, providing a high level of safety and comfort when
using the machine. All necessary cutting parameters are programmed in
the advanced CNC controller with menu in Polish. The operator also has
at his disposal CAD/CAM software with an automatic nesting function,
which optimises material consumption through the appropriate
positioning of elements on the sheet metal. The AJAN SHP plasma
cutting machine weighs 480 kg.
