The table cutter pictured is sold by Alexanderwerk with a bowl volume
of 20 litres and an H82 meat grinder. The cutter has a stainless steel
body and two speeds. It was used by a hobby butcher to make boiled
sausage. He gave up sausage making and therefore sold his equipment.
The cutter head can be removed for cleaning and so can the grinder's attachment. It is also possible to connect a vegetable cutter from Alexanderwerk (UMA) here.
A self-made base frame is available on request.
The cutter shears a little, because the lid rests on the bowl, if you lift it slightly, the skidding is gone. A video about the test run is available
The machine should be thoroughly cleaned before use.
