Cutting machines ALLCOMP UNICUT 3C5018

ALLCOMP UNICUT 3C5018 automatic cutting machine was built in 2017 (launched in 2018) by the Polish company Allcomp Polska Sp. z o.o. The machine, designed for the production of clothing and all sewing products, enables the machining of both single and multi-layered materials. The machining process is performed by a working head with a robust oscillating knife, which offers the highest cutting precision and shape repeatability regardless of the type of material. The innovative technical solutions used in the machine eliminate vibrations when working with the high oscillation speed of the knife (up to 6000 cycles per minute), making the process extremely stable. The working head can also be equipped with a drill with up to 4 drill bits. The UNICUT 3C50 automatic cutting machine also features, among others, a workpiece sorting system, a cutting layout editor and a barcode scanner. The total weight of the machine is 2350 kg.
