- 12 station bead wire let of unit.
- Prodicon zig zag cutter Type Z/Z year 1988 (takes sheet compound max 750mm wide and cuts to suitable size for feeding extruder.
- 60mm dia coldfeed extruder, L/D ratio 13:1, with 18.4kw DC E5612282 variable speed motor and 3 x TCU's
- Festoon section
- Former unit with various Bartell formers available/included.
- Siemens S5 plc controls.
