The part was purchased from a spare parts warehouse of a company, had been in stock there for some time (built in 1998), according to its condition it had never been in operation.
Ensuring the function
In order to ensure the functionality of the goods, the buyer must check the goods at the time of acceptance or put them into operation. In case of any defect, which is not the fault of the seller, the goods can be returned within 2 weeks. We will refund the buyer only the product price paid to us.
For these goods we have to I5652270 exclude warranty claims of the buyer for improvement, exchange, subsequent delivery or also for updating in case of digital components. Also excluded is the liability for direct and indirect consequential damages. Our terms and conditions apply, see our website. Austrian law applies without exception and court location St. Pölten.
