Bonfiglioli PK-V 0524 – VIS 06030 inspection and leak testing (vaccum/pressure) machine for vials, etc. The machine checks for the presence of micro-leaks, i.e., microscopic holes or cracks in the structure of the pack that could allow either the product to leak out or the ingress of substances from the external environment. The microfractures in packs are generally of irregular shape, and therefore cannot be easily classified accordingly to their physical dimensions; for this reason they are defined by the quantity of fluid which can leak in or out within a given unit of time. The machine performs also visual inspection to detect defects in the cap, cosmetic defects on the container surface, verify the fill level, and inspect the contents for particles presence and product color.
