Function: The Bosch TFA 241 is a thermoforming machine fills liquid products in previously defined Cup sizes.
First, the railway film with H2O2 is sterilized and then heated to a predetermined temperature. This temperature is reached, the slide in the next step will be deep. After the cups got their form, these are filled with product. Then, the upper rail slide with H2O2 is sterilized. Then, the filled Cup with the top track slide are welded and punched out before they are passed on a conveyor belt of the drain.
