The SR6/SR8 robot system consists of robust robot mechanics with four freely programmable axes. Thanks to its high speed and load capacity (up to 8 kg), the robot is predestined for assembly work and fast pick & place movements.
The turboscara SR6 and SR8 are swivel-arm robots (Scara robots) with four axes and the following advantages:
• Minimal cycle time with maximum precision
• Large working area and different lifting distances
• Defined mechanical interfaces
• PC control with a wide range of communication options
• Complies with international standards
• Brushless drive technology reduces repairs
• Integrated user installation, optional: gripper for connecting a tool connector
• Integration of safety technology (safety class 3) as standard
• User power supply (24 V) in the control cabinet
• The BAPS programming language is easy to learn and allows you to create clear and understandable programs; new with BAPSplus: graphical program interface
• Expandable via compact and flexible input/output modules: B~IO modules or decentralized CAN I/O modules
