Reason for Sale:

Very low operating hours. Stored for years as a properly packed backup machine.

In 2020, it was sent to the original manufacturer for full factory refurbishment and modernization (although fully functional at the time). After refurbishment, it was again kept in storage as a reserve unit.

Now sold only because it is no longer needed as backup capacity.

Description:
This CNC-controlled profile bending machine is designed for complex bending operations with continuous radius variation. It allows choice between automatic and manual operating cycles, providing flexibility for different production requirements.

Software Capabilities:
Simplified programming by entering basic parameters such as material type and profile dimensions, with choice of predefined geometric shapes
DXF file import capability (USB connection)
Continuous variable radius bending with axis interpolation
Electronic speed control for bending roll movement and profile displacement
Selection of acceleration/deceleration ramps
Stop at any position and cycle inversion
Program storage for manually executed cycles
Automatic generation and storage of symmetrical programs
An integrated encoder with pneumatic pressure contact roller ensures precise longitudinal position measurement of the profile.
The starting position of the profile at the beginning of the bending cycle is defined via a limit switch. The machine includes a connector for a digital bending radius measuring device.

Speed control is programmable or manual for:
Feed roller movement (range: 1–31 mm/sec)
Rotation speed of working shafts (range: 1–30 rpm)
LAN connectivity enables connection to an external computer for diagnostics and machine programming. USB port allows program transfer and backup. Network connection enables centralized diagnostics.
Multi language BPR bending program PROBENDING ® system” facilitated with acquisition of the type of material and the section of the profile.
Foot pedal for rotation direction control included.
