If you have problems with fusions when recycling cables, this small machine could be the solution. Decouple the process between pre-shredding and granulation and simply let the pre-shredded cable cool down long enough. This allows the cable itself to cool your granulator from the inside out. In addition, you can perfectly dose the amount of cables for your system, so that your system can always run optimally.
This small dosing bunker with screw conveyor is specially designed for smaller cable recycling plants up to approx. 250 kg/hour. However, the pumping capacity of this bunker is significantly greater if it "has to go fast".
Content approx. 650 litres or 400 - 500 kg pre-shredded old cable
Adjustable conveying speed with frequency converter/inverter 0 - 16 rpm
Drive only 0.55 kW with reduction gear
Discharge height approx. 750 mm
