The pick-up bunker is filled from above on a easily accessible side of the acceptance bunker by means of a shovel loader. The access roads and exclusion zones must be marked in order to avoid accidents and damage to the bunker and its extensions by starting up.
The three parallel, identical and directly driven snail trees transport the goods through a partition wall to a cross-arranged snail tree. The partition wall prevents the conveyed material from B5619740 flowing back into the acceptance area.
The product is transferred to the connected trough screw conveyor (TS 420 x 7,000) by the frequency inverter-controlled cross-screw, which is designed as a stuffing screw at the transfer point.
For the alignment of the receiving bunker, each foot is height-adjustable.
