Machine Description – Automatic Pallet Labeler
The automatic pallet labeler is used for the reliable marking of pallets within packaging, production and shipping lines. The pallet is conveyed to a defined labeling position and remains stationary during the labeling process. The labels are precisely applied to the designated pallet sides by a movable applicator.

The system enables labeling on both the front side and one long side of the pallet. This allows pallets to be provided with two clearly visible, logistically relevant labels.

Functional sequence
The pallet enters the labeling area and is stopped in the exact position.
The labeling head automatically moves to the first designated labeling surface.
An application stamp applies the label to the pallet or load with a defined pressure movement.
The applicator then moves or swivels to the second side of the label.
The second label is applied to the side or front.
Once the labeling process is complete, the applicator returns to its home position and the pallet is released for further material flow.
